Q: Where can I drive the golf cart?
A: Carts are allowed on roads with a speed limit of 25mph or below. Driving on roads with a speed limit above 25mph is strictly prohibited by law.

Q: What are the driver requirements?
A: Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Q: Are helmets required?
A: Helmets are not required for golf carts.

Q: How many people can ride in the cart?
A: Our limo carts seat 6 people. Do not exceed the number of seatbelts available.

Q: Are pets allowed on the golf cart?
A: Yes, pets are allowed, but any damage or cleaning needed will incur a fee.

Pickup & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver the golf cart to my location?
A: Yes, we offer free delivery and pickup.

Q:What time is delivery and pickup?
A: We typically deliver on Saturday mornings and pick up the following Saturday morning. We’ll confirm exact times with you a day before.

Q:Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
A: Yes, someone 18 or older must be present to sign paperwork and receive the cart.

Booking & Rental Period

Q: What days do you offer rentals?
A: We offer weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday only.

Q: Can I book a golf cart for less than a week?
A: At this time, we only offer weekly rentals (7 days).

Q: How far in advance should I book my golf cart?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons, to ensure availability.

A: You can book directly on our website.

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve a cart?
A: Yes, payment is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

Insurance & Liability

Q: Do I need insurance to rent a golf cart?
A: Yes, we recommend checking with your auto insurance. A liability waiver must be signed before renting.

Q: What happens if the cart is damaged during my rental?
A: You are responsible for any damage during your rental period. Please review our damage policy before renting.

Payment & Cancellation

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, and payments through our website.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

  • 100% refund if cancelled more than 7 days before rental start.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 2-7 days prior.
  • No refund within 48 hours of rental.

Q: Is the rental price per day or per week?
A: The price listed is for the entire week (Saturday to Saturday).

Q: Are there any extra fees?
A: There may be a cleaning fee, late return fee, or damage fee if applicable. All fees will be listed in your rental agreement.
